Apollo Tyres secures multiple podium places in independent reputation report

13-07-2023 Corporate, Apollo

Apollo Tyres has secured an impressive second place overall in the ‘Automotive and Suppliers’ category of MT/Sprout’s prestigious MT500 survey of corporate reputation. Compared with its performance in 2022, the company made significant progress in several crucial operational areas, climbing from tenth to second place for ‘customer satisfaction’, and progressing from seventh to third for ‘employability’.

MT/Sprout, a renowned Dutch organisation representing entrepreneurs and leaders, surveys thousands of managers to gauge the reputation of their peer organisations to create the MT500, which recognises 500 companies with the best reputation.

The company was recognised in the MT500 report for its ‘customer focus’, ‘sustainable entrepreneurship’ and ‘good employership’ – achieving an impressive four stars (out of five) for all three criteria – while also securing three stars for its ‘product leadership’ and ‘excellent execution’. Combining the various criteria to create an overall score, Apollo Tyres progressed from 166th to 30th place.

To create the MT500, managers, decision makers and other executives are invited to name their top three most admired companies, highlighting how they value the companies’ values, policies and standards of delivery.

Benoit Rivallant, President and CEO of Apollo Tyres Europe, said: “Since last year’s survey we have focused on strengthening both our customer and employee relationships, ensuring that we provide the best possible support and service. I want to thank everyone at Apollo Tyres for their effort and commitment, which have been critical for achieving this kind of independent recognition.”
